  2. We will provide and prepare all the necessary documentation to get your home listed. We will help you to comply with disclosure requirements necessary for state and local laws.

  5. We will coordinate all showings.
  6. We will respond immediately to all phone calls and inquiries.
  7. We will meet with you at least once a month to review the progress on your home.
