About Me
My name is Bill Cunningham. I've been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for 17 very enjoyable years. I enjoy living in the Tampa Bay area, and have seen many of the wonderful things the Tampa area has to offer.
Beautiful year round weather, breathtaking beaches, exciting sporting events, award winning entertainment, world renowned golf courses, breath taking sunsets and diverse cultural events are just some of the things I enjoy about the Tampa Bay area. The Tampa area has something for everyone to do year round. Very few places can make the same claim to have all the Tampa area has to offer to its residents and visitors.
My background includes extensive financial experience, including over 15 years of Wall Street experience in a variety of senior positions, in addition to a technological background in a consulting capacity.
I have been practicing Real Estate full time in the Tampa area since 2004, and involved in the Mortgage business since 2005.
What makes me different than other Real Estate professionals is my unique mixture of passion, experience, understanding and knowledge of Real Estate, which very few have. Having a Mortgage background has helped me tremendously in understanding Real Estate better, in addition to understanding the effects Real Estate has on economy and vice versa.
